If you experience an issue that cannot be resolved through our support team, or feel that our product isn’t the right fit for your project, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We’ll happily refund the full amount — no hard feelings.

• Refund eligibility is based on the first purchase date. If you previously purchased, refunded, and repurchased the same product, the 14-day window applies to the initial purchase only.
• By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree to cease using the product and forfeit any associated license or access.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of policy abuse or when we determine that the product has been used in bad faith.
• Refunds do not apply to renewal payments for ongoing subscriptions or automatic license renewals. You will receive a renewal reminder email approximately two weeks before your renewal date, giving you time to cancel if you do not wish to continue.
• In some cases, our support team may reach out to help resolve the issue before processing a refund.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
